The flat rate fees includes up to 20 gigs of data returned to client on DVDs. Recovered data over 20 gigs will be placed on another hard drive, provided by the CLIENT.

If Affordable Tech Solution is unable to recover CLIENT’S DATA the is no charge to the CLIENT other than return shipping.
LIABILITY
The CLIENT fully understands that their hard drive or other media source has failed or is damaged. The CLIENT fully understands that some or all of their data may have been damaged or destroyed by this failure. Affordable Tech Solution will use its “best efforts” to recover all of the CLIENTS data. Affordable Tech Solution assumes no liability for lost or damage data. Client further understands that Affordable Tech Solution may void the Hard Drive manufactures warranty by opening the Hard drive for recovery. Although most Hard Drive Manufactures will still warrant the hard drive after service by a Data Recovery company, Affordable Tech Solution assumes no liability for replacement of the Clients Hard Drive.

Re-Configuration of NAS Device
If the Client chooses to send the NAS device with the array and would like the device reconfigured after the data is recovered, BCR will reconfigure the original drives and transfer Client’s recovered Data to the device at a flat of $250 per NAS Device. If Client’s original hard drives are unusable, the Client will be responsible for the Cost of New Hard Drives.
