On-Site Support
Affordable Tech Solution offers a simple low cost hourly rate for On–Site service and repairs of $85 per hour. Most local companies charge $100 - $165 per hour for the same services.
Most repairs and upgrades are completed in 1 to 2 hours. Some services such as reformatting of a hard drive, data recovery and re–installing programs or Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.) can take 5 - 8 hours. If we find that your computer servicing will take more than two (2) hours, we will inform you and give you a flat–rate to take the computer to the shop and return to you.
All costs for Hardware and Software we purchase for you are additional and will be billed separately.
